Historique :	Ce tableau proviendrait du château de Théméricourt. Emporté par Mademoiselle Aubourg de Boury au Carmel, lors de son entrée en religion, il a été proposé à la commune par la mère supérieure en 1963 et a été alors installé dans l'église à la place qu'il occupe actuellement.

Précision_sur la representation :	La scène semble se passer dans la grotte : la Madeleine est assise en prière, accoudée sur la natte qui lui sert de vêtement. Devant elle, un livre ouvert, un crucifix et une tête de mort reposent sur une table. Plus loin, quelques récipients : aiguières d'étain, pot à parfum d'étain. Le visage de la sainte est éclairé par une lumière céleste.
