Précision_sur la representation :	Saint Eloi, évêque de Noyon, est représenté dans une position hiératique, pieds et mains quasiment sur le même plan. Il est coiffé d'une mitre ornée de pierreries et vêtu d'une chape retenue sur les épaules par un fermail, d'une dalmatique aux manches légèrement bouffantes, d'une étole brodée de deux croix pattées et de deux losanges. Ses mains ont été repeintes en noir comme s'il portait des gants. Son attribut, l'enclume, posée sur le billot est placé près de sa jambe droite ; la crosse qu'il tient dans la main gauche est restituée. La frontalité de la pose, le visage arrondi et bouffi encadré par des cheveux mi-longs et une barbe bouclées caractérisent cette oeuvre de facture populaire, néanmoins réalisée avec un soin remarquable (dossier de présentation en CDOM).
