Précision_sur la representation :	Dans un paysage où apparaissent les pyramides dans le lointain, saint Joseph porte l'Enfant dans un panier attaché à ses épaules tandis que la Vierge lève le voile qui protège le sommeil de l'Enfant. Derrière elle, des statues brisées symbolisent la chute des idoles à Hermopolis à l'arrivée de la Sainte Famille. Dans l'angle supérieur, deux angelots tiennent des couronnes de fleurs.
