Historique :	Statue datée du 16e siècle (d'après l'arrêté de protection de la fin du 17e siècle). La polychromie date du 19e siècle.

Précision sur_l'état :	Le dragon est entièrement bûché.
Précision_sur la representation :	Sainte Marguerite d'Antioche, les mains jointes à dextre et la jambe droite légèrement pliée sous son manteau, triomphe du dragon conformément à sa légende hagiographique. Ses cheveux tombent en deux rouleaux torsadés de part et d'autre de ses épaules. Le regard dirigé vers le bas, la bouche tombante et le menton volontaire lui confèrent une apparence hautaine. Sa cotte à décolleté carré et décorée d'un orfroi moule son torse. Ses larges manches s'évasent considérablement au poignet et pendent librement, laissant apparaître une doublure verte. Son manteau drapé autour de la taille est retenu sur son épaule droite et retombe sur son bras déterminant une série de plis parallèles en bord d'écuelle. Le bas de la statue a été entièrement bûché faisant disparaître le pied de la sainte et toutes les caractéristiques du monstre. Seule l'attitude de la sainte en orante hissant du dragon permet l'identification confirmée par le patronage de la chapelle.
