Précision sur_l'état :	Médaillon très encrassé, accidents anciens (manques) sur le décor sculpté de la bordure. Plaque commémorative brisée horizontalement. Intervention en 2009 pour restauration et regroupement du médaillon et de sa plaque commémorative.
Précision sur l'inscription :	Une dalle avec inscription gravée dans le choeur de l'église commente ce bas-relief qui a été donné par testament par Charles de Lespinay le 17 mai 1653.
