Historique :	Cette chapelle a été exécutée par Edme Gelez, maître-orfèvre à Paris. Elle a été donnée en mars 1821 par la duchesse d'Angoulême au baron Théodore Charlet, secrétaire des Commandements et Trésorier Général de la duchesse. Elle a ensuite été cédée à Madame Le Bastier de Théméricourt, petite-fille du baron Charlet. Sa fille, la baronne de Barcy en a fait don en 1932 au Carmel de Pontoise.
