Description :	La statue est agenouillée devant un prie-dieu sur le quel est posé un enfant en maillot, fille du duc, morte en bas âge.

Historique :	François de Silly, seigneur de la Roche-Guyon, est mort en 1637. Ce tombeau fut élevé par Catherine de Matiques, veuve de F. de Silly, dans le prieuré de la Sainte-Trinité de la Roche-Guyon. En 1780, il fut transporté dans l'église paroissiale. La statue, qui a figuré au Musée des Monuments Français fut rendue à l'église en 1823.
